Why can't I access my Comcast Vault using my BlackBerry?
Before you can user your BlackBerry device with your Comcast Vault, you must make the following changes to your BlackBerry browser settings:
Note: At times you might get a Access Denied - Insecure SSL Request when you try to access mobile web application. To resolve this issue, ensure that TLS Setting is set to Proxy instead of Handheld.
For Blackberry 8700c and 8330, there are some whitespaces seen in the mobile web application. However this does not not harm any usability or functionality of the mobile web application
