When I try to import my contacts, I see an error message.

You may see an error message when you try to import contacts.

To resolve the problem, go to https://www.comcastvault.net/signup and log in with your Comcast.net username and password.

This message appears:

You have already purchased the Secure Backup and Share. Please access your personal Vault Website using the link
and user name and password created during Registration.

Now you can attempt to import contacts again.
