Do I have to be the primary account holder to use Secure Backup and Share?
No, but the primary account holder must purchase and register Secure Backup and Share. Once the product is registered, the primary account holder can register up to six Secondary users.
Note: Only one instance of Secure Backup and Share
can reside on a computer. Therefore, each user should install
Secure Backup and Share on separate computers from
the primary account holder's computer. For privacy protection purposes, users
can only access their own Comcast Vault sites; Primary and Secondary users cannot access each other's Comcast Vault sites.
