What is the refund policy for Secure Backup and Share?
If you pay on a monthly basis, there is no refund.
If you have an annual plan, you may be entitled to a refund if you cancel the service before your term is over, provided you request the refund within 30 days of cancellation.
The amount of any refund is calculated by multiplying the monthly price by the number of months of paid service used, and subtracting the result from the amount paid for the annual service.
Refund Examples
On January 1, two people subscribe to the same annual 50 GB service with a 30 day trial period, for $99.99.
February 1, each was charged $99.99 on their credit card.
The montly price for the same 50 GB service is $9.99.
