Cancelling the Plan

The primary account holder can cancel service. This permanently prevents all computers associated with all registered users on the account from backing up any files, from restoring any files that have already been backed up, and from accessing your Comcast Vault Website.

Important: Restore all files from your Vault back to each computer before cancelling the service. Cancellation of this service is immediate and permanent.

To cancel the plan:

  1. Log in to your Comcast Vault site. For more information, see Accessing Comcast Vault Using a Web Browser.
  2. Click Account, then log in again. For more information, see Accessing Manage My User Accounts.
  3. Click the Plan & Payment Options tab. The Plan & Payment Options tab displays.

  4. In the Plan Summary section, click Cancel Service.
  5. Click OK in the confirmation message.
