Importing Contacts

Contacts from your comcast.net Universal Address Book are initially imported into your Comcast Vault site automatically. This makes it easier to use those addresses when you share your backed up files. If you add or change any contacts in your comcast.net Universal address Book, you will need to import again if you want to ensure the contacts in your Comcast Vault site are up to date. To import contacts:

  1. Log in to your Comcast Vault site. For more information, see Accessing Comcast Vault Using a Web Browser.
  2. Click Account, then log in again. For more information, see Accessing Manage My User Accounts.
  3. Click the User and Settings tab. The Manage My User Accounts page appears.

  4. In the User Settings section, click Import Contacts. The Import Contacts page appears.
  5. Click Import Contacts. The progress indicator displays as the import continues.
  6. Click OK. Your contacts have been imported into your Comcast Vault site .
