- Go to http://comcast.net/backup, then click Sign In.
- Log in with your Comcast email user name and password.
- Select the storage option that fits your needs.
- Click Get It Now and review the Welcome page.
- Click Get Started, then review and accept the Terms of Service for Secure Backup and Share.
- Enter your personal information, then choose your Secure Backup and Share plan.
