Why is the last backup time shown in Comcast Vault different from the last backup time shown in Secure Backup and Share?
This issue is best explained with an example.
You backed up your files using Secure Backup and Share 2 hours ago, but your Comcast Vault shows Last Backup time as 19 hours ago.
This is because there were no changes to your backup files in the last 24 hours. Comcast Vault shows the Last Backup time based on when it encountered updated or new files in your Secure Backup and Share backup set. The Secure Backup and Share backup client shows when it last attempted a backup.
In this case, the Secure Backup and Share backup client attempted a backup 2 hours ago, did not find any changed or new files to back up, and showed Last Backup ran 2 hours ago. As there are no new or updated files in your backup set from the last 24 hours, the Home Page is showing Last Backup time as 19 hours.
