Why can't I find a file when I search for it by name?
Comcast Vault searches for files within the selected view, collection, photo album, or playlist. If the files you are looking for are not present in the selected collection, photo album, playlist, or view, you will be unable to find them.
To search among all files in your Secure Backup and Share backup account, go to the Everything page, select the Type or Tags view from the drop-down box in the View By pane, select the -all- view, and then search for files using the Search box on the top right.
You may also find it easy to search in folders. On the Everything page, select the Folders view from the drop-down box in the View By pane.
