Why have some of my files disappeared after a routine Secure Backup and Share backup process?

If you had connected a portable storage device (for example, a pen drive) during an earlier Secure Backup and Share backup process and removed it since the last backup, the files in the portable device storage are not backed up. In addition, if you change the configuration of your Secure Backup and Share Remote Backup to no longer back up certain files, you will also no longer have access to them through your Comcast Vault site.
