I have backed up photos using Secure Backup and Share, but I cannot see them on the Photos page. What do I do?
Comcast Vault shows photos on the Photos page if they meet a minimum set of requirements. For example, photos should have a minimum resolution of 640x480 pixels.
To show photos on the Photos page, go to the Everything page, search for the photos, right-click the required files, and select Show in Photos. The files will now be shown on the Photos page.
