Can I play music in Comcast Vault while organizing my files and photos?
Yes, however, if you are playing music in Comcast Vault and simply click Photos, for example, the music player stops. You must have the Music page open in a separate browser window.
A new browser window opens with the built-in music player, allowing you to use other Comcast Vault applications while playing music.
Note:
If you have a popup blocker enabled in your Web browser, you need to disable it to allow the Guest View page to open in a new browser window. You can even set the popup blocker to allow all Comcast Vault popup windows.
