Registering for Service
The registration process consists of a Primary registration, which must be completed by an authorized user, and Secondary registration for any additional users.
The authorized user is the person who is designated on the Comcast High Speed Internet account. The authorized user performs the following actions during the registration process:
- Accept the Terms of Service
- Select the Plan
- Create the Vault Website name and password
- Provide personal information for the primary account holder account
- Provide payment and billing information if necessary
- Download the Secure Backup and Share Desktop Client application
After the Primary registration is complete, you can register any additional users as Secondary Users.
