Changing a Password

You can change the password for your Vault Website any time you like. Passwords must be 8 to 16 characters long.

  1. Log in to your Comcast Vault site. For more information, see Accessing Comcast Vault Using a Web Browser.
  2. Click Account, then log in again. For more information, see Accessing Manage My User Accounts.
  3. Click the User and Settings tab. The Manage My User Accounts page appears.

  4. Click Change Password. The Change Password page appears.

  5. In the Old Password field, enter your current password for your Vault Website.
  6. In the New Password field, enter the new password for your Vault Website.
    Tip: Your password must be 8 to 16 characters long. To see how strong your password is, look at the password strength meter. If you think your password is too weak, you can enter a different one here now.
  7. In the Confirm New Password field, enter the same new password again, then click Save.
  8. Click Save. A message page appears.
  9. Click OK to confirm that you want this change to your password to take effect. Your password is changed.
