Changing the Plan

The primary account holder can change which plan is subscribed to.

To change the plan:

  1. Log in to your Comcast Vault site. For more information, see Accessing Comcast Vault Using a Web Browser.
  2. Click Account, then log in again. For more information, see Accessing Manage My User Accounts.
  3. Click the Plan & Payment Options tab. The Plan & Payment Options tab appears.

    Note: The Credit Card Information section displays only if the plan is a paid plan.
  4. In the Plan Summary section, click Edit for the Storage Plan. The Change Plan page displays. If a pay plan is select then all fields can be edited. If the 2 GB plan is selected then only the Storage Plan field is available.

  5. (Optional) In the Storage Plan field, change the plan you subscribe to. If you choose a paid plan, you must provide information in all the fields on this page.
    Tip: For information about the plans, click [?].
  6. Click Save. A verification message displays.
  7. Determine your next action. If you:
    • want to change any information on this page, click Edit.
    • chose a free plan, click Submit.
    • chose a paid plan, click Place Order.
  8. Click OK on the confirmation message.
