Registering the Primary Account Holder and Selecting a Plan

The Select Plan page shows information supplied to Comcast from your High Speed Internet account. This information is associated with the email address you used to log in. It identifies the primary account holder for the Secure Backup and Share account.

To register the primary account holder and to select a plan:

  1. Review the information in the Personal Information section of the Select Plan page. If necessary, correct any errors.
    Field Description
    First Name The first name of the primary account holder
    Last Name The last name of the primary account holder
    Telephone The telephone number of the primary account holder
    Email The email address for the primary account holder. This is the same email address you used to log in and to accept the Terms of Service for Secure Backup and Share. You cannot change this email address.
    Password Enter a password that you want to use for this account.
  2. Select I want to receive my personalized Secure Backup & Share monthly report if you want to receive monthly reports of your usage.
  3. In the Plan Selection section of the Select Plan page, choose your plan in the Storage Plan field.
    Tip: To see information about the plans, click [?].
  4. If you selected a paid plan, then select one of the following payment options:
    • Monthly
    • Annually
  5. If you want to enable your Vault Website, then click Enable Vault Website. Your Comcast Vault Website is linked to your Secure Backup and Share account. It provides web browser access to files you back up with Secure Backup and Share. With Comcast Vault, you can access, organize, and share all your backed-up photos, music, documents, and other files from virtually any computer or mobile device with access to the Internet.
  6. Click Next to continue.
