Scheduling Backups

There are two scheduling methods you can use to customize when and how often Secure Backup and Share should back up your computer.

Automatic: Backups occur when your computer is not in use. You can choose the parameters that Secure Backup and Share uses to determine when to start an automatic backup. See Configuring an Automatic Backup.
Scheduled: Backups occur at the time you select. You can choose how often and when the backup occurs. See Setting Backup Schedule.
