Understanding Your Backup and Share Health Report

The Backup and Share Health Report provides a quick overview of the health of your account. The Health Report covers the following areas of your account:

Catagory	Description
Backup	The date of your last successful backup.
Access	The last date you accessed your Comcast Vault.
Share	The date of when you last shared data.
Storage	The amount of your storage space that you are using.

The following table describes what each icon means, and the conditions that cause each to appear:

Icon	Cause
	Backup: A successful backup has occured within the last 7 days. Share: You have shared an item this month. Storage: You are currently using less than 80% of your storage space.
	This shield is only used for Access and it is always the same.
	Backup: A successful backup has not occured within the last 8 to 30 days. Share: No files have been shared this month. Storage: You have used between 80% to 90% of your storage space.
	Backup: A successful backup has not occured in more than 30 days. Storage: You have used 90% or more of your storage space.
