Removing Items From a Collection, Album, or Playlist

To remove files from a collection, photo album, or playlist:

  1. In Comcast Vault, open one of these pages.
    • Everything
    • Photos
    • Music
  2. Select a collection, photo album, or playlist.
  3. Select the items that you want to remove.
  4. To remove the items, perform one of the following actions.
    • Right-click the items you selected and select Remove.
    • Click in the top toolbar.
Note: This button is not available on the Music page.
The selected items are removed from the collection, photo album, or playlist.

If you remove a photo from a photo album that is shared with Facebook, the photo is not automatically deleted from Facebook. Visit your Facebook account and delete it manually.

If you do not want a file in a photo album to be available on the Photos page, right-click the file, and select Remove from Photos. However, the file will be shown on the Everything page.

Note: You cannot remove files from a smart collection, smart photo album, or smart playlist. However, you can hide items if you do not want them to be shown in any list. See Hiding Files for more information.
