Searching for Files

You can search for any file backed up with Secure Backup and Share by typing the search term in the Search box located in the upper right corner of the home page. The search result shows all the files that contain the words you searched for on the Everything page.

You can also search for files using the Search box on the Everything, Photos, and Music pages.

You can save your searches as smart collections, albums, or playlists. To do this, use the Search box to search for a term, click the Search drop-down and select Save Search. Depending on what you searched for, this creates a smart collection, photo album, or playlist. For more information, see Using Views to Create Smart Collections, Albums, and Playlists.

If you back up a new file later that matches the saved search, it will be automatically added to the collection, photo album, or playlist.
